About Clark Haley

Clark Haley spent 10 years cruising with his wife Michelle aboard their Nordhavn 55 trawler. ROAM was their floating home through 50,000 miles of adventure. With each mile traveled, Clark gained experience and expertise in all things yachting and cruising. His wealth of knowledge and real-life experience is invaluable in helping his clients find the perfect yacht for their needs.

Clark started life in a boating family–sailing and fishing along the coast of Texas. His family owned and operated a small marine center that included a sporting goods store, dive center, and yacht maintenance yard. Working in the family business provided hands-on experience on all types of boats, from engine and systems maintenance to boat management and repair. With a 100GT Master Captain’s License, he has captained and worked on boats of all sizes and types throughout the years–from sailing dinghies to sail and power yachts of various types and sizes.

After attending Texas A&M University, he leaned into his lifetime of boating experience and worked in and managed several boat and yacht sales companies in Texas and Maryland. Eventually, Clark’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own company in the tech industry. Over the span of 35 years, he built a successful software/technology firm with offices in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, and Hawaii. Clark and his wife eventually sold the company so they could loosen the lines and see the world from the deck of their Nordhavn 55.

After ten years of cruising, he and his wife decided to settle in Jupiter, Florida. With an excessive amount of energy and enthusiasm for the yachting industry, Clark returnted to his roots, joined Denison Yachting, and is uniquely qualified to help you fulfill your yachting dreams, or find the perfect buyer for your current yacht.
